Reed HR is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our client in Camberley. This office-based role involves providing generalist HR support and driving HR initiatives that align with business objectives. Key Responsibilities:

* Serve as a strategic partner to management, offering insights and HR solutions that align with business objectives.
* Manage a range of HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
* Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure best practices.
* Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters.
* Lead talent management efforts to attract, retain, and develop employees.
* Collaborate with the HR team to deliver training and development programs.
* Participate in the continuous improvement of HR systems and processes.

Requirements:

* Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role.
* Strong understanding of HR functions and best practices.
* CIPD qualified.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work strategically and collaboratively across departments.
* Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills.
* CIPD qualification or equivalent is desirable.
* Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
