HR Business Partner Opportunity at Reed

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team at Reed in Camberley. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a vital role in providing generalist HR support and driving HR initiatives that align with our business goals.

About the Role:

This is a dynamic and challenging role that requires a strategic thinker who can provide expert HR advice and support to management. You will be instrumental in serving as a strategic partner to management, offering insights and HR solutions that align with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with management to develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives.
  • HR Functions: Manage a range of HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
  • Policy Development: Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure best practices.
  • Employee Support: Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters.
  • Talent Management: Lead talent management efforts to attract, retain, and develop employees.
  • Training and Development: Collaborate with the HR team to deliver training and development programs.
  • Process Improvement: Participate in the continuous improvement of HR systems and processes.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role.
  • Qualifications: Strong understanding of HR functions and best practices. CIPD qualified.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work strategically and collaboratively across departments.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
