Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our client in a dynamic office environment. As a key member of the HR team, you will play a strategic role in providing generalist HR support and driving HR initiatives that align with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Partnership: Serve as a trusted advisor to management, offering insights and HR solutions that align with business goals and objectives.
- HR Function Management: Manage a range of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance, to ensure best practices and regulatory adherence.
- Policy Development: Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to drive business success and employee engagement.
- Employee Guidance: Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters, ensuring a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Talent Management: Lead talent management efforts to attract, retain, and develop employees, driving business growth and success.
- Training and Development: Collaborate with the HR team to deliver training and development programs, enhancing employee skills and knowledge.
- Process Improvement: Participate in the continuous improvement of HR systems and processes, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements:
- Experience: Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role, with a strong understanding of HR functions and best practices.
- Certifications: CIPD qualified or equivalent, with a strong foundation in HR principles and practices.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work strategically and collaboratively across departments.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite, with the ability to analyze data and drive business insights.
