**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Supplier Engagement Advisor. This is a temporary, 2-month hybrid contract position that will provide support during our busiest time of year for data processing.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Liaise with suppliers to collect information and data
  • Interact with other departments and external organizations to ensure seamless communication
  • Produce written communication with clients and suppliers
  • Provide telephone support to clients and suppliers
  • Use in-house computer software to process data
  • Use MS Excel and CRM applications to check and improve accuracy of data
  • Contact suppliers to gain information and data
  • Receive training on packaging, WEEE, and batteries regulations
  • Provide support to Account Managers in calculating waste submissions

**Requirements**

  • Task-driven and confident working with MS Excel
  • High standards of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Confident individual who can work well on their own or as part of a team
  • High level of professionalism
  • Experience working in an office environment using email and telephone
  • Interest in environmental issues
  • Full UK Manual Driving License

**Education**

  • Grade C in Mathematics and English GSCE/O Level standard
  • Desirable: Educated to at least A level standard or equivalent
