JOB DIMENSIONS
Responsible for driving sales growth with ecommerce customers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance sales performance with ecommerce partners.
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date product listings across various ecommerce platforms.
  • Improve online visibility through effective SEO practices, high-quality visuals, and engaging videos.
  • Assist in the creation and management of optimized product descriptions, images, and multimedia content.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute promotional campaigns that increase traffic and sales.
  • Regularly assess ecommerce account performance, including competitor analysis and keyword optimization.
  • Provide detailed sales performance reports to the commercial team.
  • Identify potential growth avenues, including new product opportunities and sales channels.
  • Analyze listing processes with ecommerce partners and recommend improvements.
  • Ensure adherence to ecommerce partner policies to maintain account integrity.
  • Support the customer service team with inquiries related to ecommerce platforms.
  • Foster collaborative relationships with commercial, marketing, and supply chain teams.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and new opportunities relevant to ecommerce platforms.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

The Ecommerce Executive plays a vital role within the Marketing team, focusing on driving sales growth and enhancing online visibility on ecommerce platforms.

In this position, the Ecommerce Executive will manage a diverse product range to execute strategies aimed at increasing sales with ecommerce customers.

This role involves ensuring precise product listings, optimizing online presence through SEO, and collaborating with the marketing team on promotional initiatives.

Furthermore, the Ecommerce Executive will continuously monitor account performance, deliver regular reports to the commercial team, identify growth opportunities, and maintain effective communication with other departments.


Required Qualifications

ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Implement strategies to drive sales growth with ecommerce partners.
  • Ensure our online product listings are accurate, optimized, and regularly updated.
  • Assist in creating ecommerce content, including visuals and text, to maximize impressions and conversions.
  • Work with the marketing team to develop and execute advertising and promotional campaigns.
  • Provide regular updates on sales performance and ensure compliance with ecommerce partner policies.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • At least 12 months of relevant professional experience.
  • Degree in digital marketing or a related discipline.
  • Proven experience in managing Amazon ecommerce (experience with other platforms is advantageous).
  • Strong understanding of SEO and PPC strategies.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Capable of working independently and taking initiative.
  • Strong relationship management skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
  • Good understanding of the commercial landscape.
  • A genuine passion for ecommerce and a desire for continuous learning.
