Role Overview:

The Recruitment Experts is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Sales Negotiator to join our team. As a Senior Sales Negotiator, you will be responsible for generating viewings, liaising with clients and prospective buyers in a professional, respectful, and polite manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate viewings and leads to help the office achieve targets
  • Liaise with clients and prospective buyers to provide excellent customer service
  • Follow up viewings and generate leads to drive sales
  • Manage your own diary and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in a sales or estate agency environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Good IT skills and proficiency in CRM systems
  • Self-motivation and a strong work ethic
