We are seeking a proactive business development manager who excels in dynamic settings. You will collaborate with healthcare institutions and utilize our digital health and software solutions to improve patient and caregiver outcomes.

Our offerings include mobile communication solutions, medical device integration, voice-activated systems, waveform visualization, and alarm management—tools designed to enhance communication, clinical results, and workflows.

In this role, you will be instrumental in developing the connected care channel, introducing new products, and identifying business opportunities that have the potential to revolutionize healthcare communication while enhancing patient and caregiver satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Spearhead the introduction of innovative digital software solutions within the healthcare sector, including mobile communication and medical device integration. Meet financial targets and objectives to ensure the success of digital health solutions in your designated area. Engage with various stakeholders, from clinicians to executives, to discuss health economics and workflow optimization, facilitating meetings that advance business objectives.

In this position, you will:

Adopt an entrepreneurial mindset with a strong drive to pursue new business opportunities. Be dedicated to capturing market share from competitors and closing complex sales deals.

Qualifications:

Proven track record as a top performer in software sales at a hospital or system level, preferably within healthcare. Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent experience. Strong background in solutions selling with a history of developing new accounts for digital and software solutions. Experience in revenue growth for a diverse portfolio, including new product introductions. Technical knowledge of the Healthcare IT landscape and familiarity with clinical processes and workflows. Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM tools, with a successful history of managing sales pipelines and forecasting. A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and excellent organizational skills. Effective oral and written communication skills, capable of engaging with all levels of customers and internal teams. Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
