We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Director to join our team at Royal Berkshire. As a key member of our Strategy and Partnerships Team, you will play a critical role in driving our organization's strategic development and planning.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of our Trust Strategy, including the 2025 Trust Strategy Refresh and Clinical Services Strategy
  • Provide strategic guidance and expertise across Royal Berkshire, driving business growth and improvement
  • Develop and maintain partnerships with key stakeholders, including academic partners and local organizations
