Job Title: Head of Mid Market Delivery

NTT DATA Business Solutions is seeking an experienced professional to lead our Mid Market Delivery team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of projects to our clients.

About the Role:

The Head of Mid Market Delivery will be responsible for:

  • Leading a team of project managers to deliver high-quality projects to our clients.
  • Developing and implementing consistent delivery methodologies to ensure project success.
  • Managing customer expectations and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Identifying and resolving delivery issues to ensure a "right first time" culture.
  • Working closely with the sales team to ensure project governance is accurately estimated.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 10+ years of experience in the Professional Services or Software industry.
  • Experience in delivering projects to a large and diverse customer base.
  • Experience leading a team of project managers.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with a team of cross-functional stakeholders.
