Your Role

As an apprentice Healthcare Support Worker, you will work alongside our skilled nursing staff, playing a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care. You will assist Registered Nurses in providing a range of services to adult patients, contributing to their well-being and recovery.

Training and Development

This apprenticeship combines on-the-job training with structured off-site learning at Weston College. You will receive comprehensive support throughout your journey, ensuring you develop the necessary knowledge and practical skills to excel in this role.

Career Progression

Upon successful completion of the apprenticeship program, which spans 27 months (subject to prior experience), you will be guaranteed a permanent position as a Healthcare Support Worker within UHBW. This provides a clear pathway for career growth and advancement within our organization.
