Job Summary:

Spire Healthcare is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Theatre Support Worker to join their dynamic team at Spire Bristol Hospital. As a key member of the perioperative team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of theatre services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the multi-disciplinary team in Theatres by providing an efficient and sensitive supporting role.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients, escorting them between wards, departments, and theatre suites, and delivering their meals.
  • Handle equipment, medical records, specimens, and lines with precision and care.

Requirements:

  • Experience as a Healthcare Assistant/Support Worker, preferably with NVQ level 2/3 qualification.
  • Previous experience within a hospital theatre environment is essential.
  • Outstanding communication skills and ability to follow instructions precisely.
