About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled and dedicated individual to support our theatre team in delivering a wide range of surgical procedures. As a Theatre Practitioner, you will be responsible for assessing patient health and well-being, assisting in the delivery of care, and promoting best practice and quality improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support consultants and other healthcare professionals in delivering high-quality patient care
  • Assess patient health and well-being across a complex and changing caseload
  • Assist in the delivery of care to meet patient needs
  • Promote best practice and contribute to quality improvements
  • Collect, collate, and organize data, interpret information, and make justifiable assessments

Requirements:

We are looking for a Registered Nurse/Operating Department Practitioner with experience in working in teams and with minimum supervision. Competence across a range of skills, supported by professional and clinical knowledge acquired through state registration/practitioner qualification and additional training, is desirable.
