About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Theatre Manager to join our team at Practice Plus Group. As a key member of our theatre operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth delivery of high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the management of theatre operations, ensuring that all procedures are carried out in a safe and efficient manner.
- Collaborate with the theatre team to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance patient care and theatre efficiency.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure a positive patient experience.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of theatre policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
