About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organised individual to join our team as a Deputy Theatre Manager. As part of our professional and compassionate team, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our theatre.

As a Deputy Theatre Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the Theatre Manager in the day-to-day running of the theatre, including managing staff, coordinating patient flow, and maintaining high standards of patient care.

We are looking for someone who is able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritise tasks, and maintain accurate records. You will also be responsible for contributing to the development of our theatre team and implementing improvements to our services.
