Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Healthcare Support Worker to join our team at Spire Healthcare. As a key member of our outpatient team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and support to our patients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist qualified nursing staff in providing comprehensive nursing services to patients in the outpatient setting.
  • Contribute to the support and monitoring of patients, ensuring their safety and well-being.
  • Identify and report any significant changes in patient health and well-being to the appropriate person.
  • Assist with the movement of patients in accordance with hospital policies.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working as an HCA (or equivalent) in a clinical environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • NVQ Level 3 is desirable but not essential.
  • Experience in ECGs, taking blood/blood pressures, and patient observations.
