Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist service users with daily living tasks, such as washing, dressing, and personal care.

  • Work collaboratively with the care team to develop and implement personalized care plans that meet the unique needs of each service user.
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to service users, helping to build strong relationships and a sense of community.

Requirements:

  • No prior experience is necessary, as full training will be provided.
  • A willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with service users, colleagues, and families.
  • A commitment to delivering high-quality care and support that is person-centered and respectful.
