Residential Care Team Supervisor - £14.14 per hour

We are currently in search of a Residential Care Team Supervisor to join our team at Wood House. You will be part of a dedicated group committed to enhancing the lives of those in our care. Our mission is to provide exceptional care that meets the highest standards, treating our service users as we would our own family members. You will have access to advanced care technology, allowing you to dedicate more time to the individuals you support. Wood House is well-regarded for its commitment to quality care.

As a Team Supervisor, prior experience in residential care for the elderly is essential. You should possess qualities such as flexibility, patience, compassion, organization, and excellent interpersonal skills. Strong verbal and written communication abilities are necessary, along with a completed or ongoing QCF Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent).

Your role will involve fostering strong relationships with everyone around you, ensuring that family members feel welcomed, healthcare professionals are well-informed, and your Line Manager is updated on residents' needs and progress. As a collaborative team member, you will adhere to guidelines and policies effectively, and possess good writing skills for documenting care plans.
