  • Maintain a safe environment for service users and colleagues, adhering to health and safety protocols.

Requirements

  • QCF Level 3 or above
  • Previous experience as a Deputy Manager
  • Experience supporting the elderly
  • Strong knowledge of person-centered care
  • Ability to work closely with residents, assessing their needs and delivering tailored care plans.
