Senior Physiotherapist Job Description

At the Senior Care Authority of Inland Empire, CA, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Physiotherapist to join our team. As a Senior Physiotherapist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care to our patients, delivering high-quality treatments, and contributing to the growth and development of our physiotherapy department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement evidence-based clinical pathways to ensure the highest standard of care for our patients.
  • Provide consultative and expert physiotherapy services to patients, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination and patient outcomes.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of physiotherapy department policies, procedures, and guidelines.
  • Supervise and mentor junior physiotherapists to ensure their professional development and growth.
Requirements:
  • BSc (hons) Physiotherapy degree or equivalent.
  • Full registration with the Health and Care Professions Council and Senior Society of Physiotherapy.
  • Excellent written English skills and ability to communicate effectively with patients and colleagues.
  • Previous experience in the private healthcare sector and a minimum of 3 years post-graduate clinical experience.
