Job Title: Registered General Nurse

Job Summary:

Cedar Care Homes Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered General Nurse to join our team as a Senior Nurse Leader. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for supporting the safe and effective running of our nursing homes, ensuring that residents receive high-quality care and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership and Management: Assist in implementing and monitoring systems to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including NMC and CQC registration.
  • Care Delivery: Deliver high-quality care and services, maintaining a nurturing, open, fair, and transparent culture.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain positive working relationships with key organizations, including CQC, local authority, CCGs, and safeguarding teams.
  • Resident-Centered Care: Work in a responsive way to ensure residents have maximum choice and control over their care and services.
  • Clinical Governance: Assist with the management of clinical and care provisions to ensure residents receive best practice care and achieve good outcomes.
  • Culture and Motivation: Maintain a caring culture that motivates staff to treat residents with compassion, kindness, dignity, and respect.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications: RN1, RN3, or RN1/RN3 (dually registered)
  • Experience: Post-registration experience in elderly care, dementia care, and shift management.
