Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HRIS Data Analyst to support our growing operations in the Adriatic region (4000 employees). This role will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth functioning of our HR systems and processes across Nomad Foods. You will be responsible for data maintenance, system support, reporting, and implementing new initiatives that align with our overall HR strategy.

This position demands meticulous attention to detail and confidentiality due to the sensitive nature of the data handled within our HR systems.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Group IT and external partners to implement process improvements related to HR systems.
  • Develop, maintain, and enhance HR metrics and dashboards using SF People Stories and Power BI.
  • Support data governance processes, including providing evidence for quarterly SOX controls as required.
  • Conduct in-depth data analysis, generating insights and recommendations based on key findings. Ensure data cleansing practices are implemented at every stage.
  • Lead investigations into system issues, perform root cause analysis, propose solutions, and consult with stakeholders to determine the best course of action.
  • Play a key role in testing system implementations, upgrades, and development initiatives.
  • Manage data in compliance with all relevant data protection/GDPR regulations.
  • Plan for changes in HR reporting cycles or data management to meet evolving needs (e.g., salary reviews, bonus cycles, talent reviews).
  • Provide first-line support for HRIS queries and liaise with third parties and stakeholders (HRBPs, Group IT, external partners) to ensure seamless system support.
  • Work collaboratively with third-party suppliers to resolve system errors and incidents.
  • Provide governance, oversight, and support to maximize the value of our HR IT systems. This includes delivering local training for the HR Centre team as needed.
  • Identify best practices and advise on the most suitable solutions where applicable.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by your manager.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience using SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Experience in HR system implementation projects.
  • Familiarity with process automation tools.
  • SAP SuccessFactors Certification or advanced system knowledge (desirable).
  • Experience with SQL (desirable).
  • Experience with SharePoint (desirable).
  • Power BI/SF People Stories experience (desirable).
  • AI tools experience (desirable).
