About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled HRIS Analyst to join our people operations team at Albelli, specializing in the Absence and Time Tracking modules of Workday. As a key member of our central team, you will balance day-to-day priorities with project work, ensuring the effective use of the system by updating, configuring, improving, and providing expertise on the system for the HR department and wider business groups.

Key Responsibilities
  • Configure and Maintain Workday: Translate and configure functional requirements from the business to update the Absence and Time Tracking modules of Workday, ensuring seamless integration with other HR systems.
  • Expertise and Support: Function as an expert for Workday administration - HCM transactions, business process configuration, and design, including advising the HR team, managers, and employees in the proper use of the system to optimize the Absence and Time Tracking modules.
  • Technical Support: Provide technical support to HR and end-users, troubleshooting and resolving system issues promptly, ensuring data integrity within the modules.
  • Maintenance and Reporting: Perform ongoing maintenance regarding tenant set-up, data updates (EIBs), business processes, and reporting, ensuring accurate absence and time tracking records.
  • Collaboration and Impact: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Absence and Time Tracking data with other HR systems, assessing requirements and performing impact assessments to support the Change team in identifying impacts between the business as is and the to be processes in Workday.
  • User Experience and Training: Promote the best possible user experience in Workday through simplified and automated processes, supporting training and engagement to ensure our key stakeholders are fully utilizing Workday post go live.
  • Analytics and Compliance: Work with HR to develop and generate reports and dashboards which provide insights into absence and time tracking data to drive analytics-based decisions making, ensuring that the Absence and Time Tracking modules adhere to relevant regulatory and compliance standards.
  • Documentation and Project Support: Create and maintain system documentation, including processes, configurations, and user guides, working with the project teams in the analysis, development, implementation, and support of allocated HR projects & changes.
Impact and Contributions
  • Address Department and End-User Needs: Address department and end-user needs and requirements; assess available options and suggest system customisations and new applications.
  • Ensure Compliance and Documentation: Ensure Workday processes are documented and compliant with HR strategies, policies, and governmental regulations.
  • Proper Training and Support: Properly train end users on new processes or enhancements of Workday, providing technical support for HRIS, including researching and resolving system problems, unexpected results, or process flaws.
  • Recommendations and Improvements: Recommend process/customer service improvements, innovative solutions, policy changes, and/or major variations to system utilization.
  • Lead in System Upgrades: Lead in the review, testing, and implementation of system upgrades or patches specific to Workday Absence and Time Tracking modules.
Experience and Attributes
  • Minimum 4 Years of Experience: Minimum of 4 years as a HRIS analyst with 2+ specializing in Workday's Absence and Time Tracking modules.
  • Knowledge and Understanding: Knowledge and understanding of end-to-end HR processes and compliance requirements related to absence and time tracking.
  • Requirement Gathering and Project Management: Knowledge of requirement gathering techniques, project management, and HRIS systems development methodologies with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Proficiency in Workday's reporting and analytics tools.
  • Prioritization and Data Auditing: Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment, experience in data auditing.
  • GDPR and Communication: Knowledge of GDPR standards, good communication and stakeholder management.
  • Language and Education: Fluent in both oral and written English, Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
Nice to Have Experience
  • Workday Modules and Certifications: Experience in Workday modules, including HCM, Reporting, Recruitment, Compensation, Workday Certification or Workday Pro certifications would be preferred.
