About the Role

We are seeking an experienced HRIS Analyst to join our team at Howden, a leading global insurance company. As an HRIS Analyst, you will play a critical role in delivering comprehensive global Workday support across our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess business requirements and design technical solutions to fulfill business needs and promote a seamless user experience in Workday.
  • Support the HRIS Manager in key strategic projects and module deployments, ensuring timely and successful implementation.
  • Work closely with the HR Team to analyze, develop, implement, and support allocated HR projects and changes, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Manage the ongoing maintenance of the HR foundation and organization structure in Workday, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
  • Design, develop, and maintain Workday reports and dashboards to meet the evolving needs of the business, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Support automation and process improvements across all HR Systems, identifying opportunities for efficiency gains and cost savings.
  • Collaborate with the HR Team to ensure that Workday is fully integrated with key business systems, streamlining processes and enhancing user experience.
  • Perform detailed data manipulation using tools such as spreadsheets and EIBs, providing data-driven insights to inform business decisions.
  • Support training and engagement initiatives to ensure key stakeholders are fully utilizing Workday, driving user adoption and satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Prior experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of Workday modules, including HCM, Absence, Reporting, Recruitment, Compensation, and Time Tracking.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with employees, management, HR Leaders, and Heads of Departments.
  • Experience in facilitating training on Workday is highly desirable.
