HRIS Analyst Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled HRIS Analyst to join our Global HR Information Systems team at Spotify. This role will play a critical part in shaping the future of our HRIS roadmap and working closely with a high-performing team within an award-winning HR function.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support HRIS-related initiatives from an Employee Life Cycle perspective, including Recruiting, Onboarding, Absence Management, Compensation, Talent, Time Tracking, and Off-boarding.
  • Partner with and support business stakeholders within HR, serving as a strategic liaison.
  • Focus on reporting and configuration within the Workday HCM and one of Talent and Performance, Advanced Compensation, or Time and Absence Management modules.
  • Develop, quality assure, and maintain HR system functionality to meet business requirements, including configuration of Workday and ensuring seamless connections to other HRIS applications within the Spotify ecosystem.
  • Craft and operate processes and procedures to maintain a healthy environment and align with control frameworks, driving Data Integrity and Security initiatives to meet business needs and ITGC requirements.
  • Lead training for Workday Users and Developers within Spotify.
  • Require 4+ years of solid experience in Workday Core HCM module and one of Talent and Performance, Advanced Compensation, or Time and Absence Management modules.
  • Familiarity with Workday EIBs and understanding of HR policies, roles, and global HR processes.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and willingness to work in an Agile environment with source control (Jira, Trello, Slack).
  • Ability to thrive in working with complementary teams and influencing IT service management practices, strategy, tactics, and execution in your field of expertise.
