Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with HR and IT teams to configure and optimize SuccessFactors functionalities, including Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Learning, and Recruitment modules.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, ensuring that SuccessFactors implementations support strategic HR initiatives.
- Conduct gap analysis, risk assessments, and create detailed reports for stakeholders.
- Lead workshops, trainings, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure smooth system implementation and adoption.
- Work closely with project managers and developers to translate business requirements into functional specifications.
- Ensure compliance with data security and privacy standards.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on SAP SuccessFactors.
- Ability to analyze data, create detailed documentation, and deliver actionable insights.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR, IT, or related field preferred.
