HR Information Systems Analyst - 6 Month Fixed Term Contract

DGH Recruitment is excited to present an exceptional opportunity for an HR Information Systems Analyst to join a prestigious global law firm on a 6 Month Fixed Term Contract basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and enhance the efficiency of People systems to pinpoint areas for improvement.
  • Implement enhancements to HRIS processes and adjust policies as necessary.
  • Act as the primary subject matter expert in HRIS.
  • Collaborate with HR and IT departments to optimize the functionality of People systems.
  • Support essential system maintenance and operational duties within the HRIS framework.
  • Utilize data analytics to develop project timelines and ensure compliance with specifications.
  • Partner with HR to establish a comprehensive reporting suite that facilitates data-driven decision-making.
  • Conduct system maintenance, including the review, testing, and implementation of system upgrades or patches.
  • Provide ongoing support by investigating and resolving HR system issues.
  • Deliver training sessions and create guidelines and documentation for users.
  • Stay informed about current trends in HR systems, focusing on product development, service delivery, and support.
  • Must possess a minimum of 2 years of experience with Workday (HR Systems).
  • Proficiency in data analytics and visualization tools, such as Power BI and Power Query.
  • Familiarity with SQL or PL/SQL is essential.
  • Experience in report creation and data analysis is required.
