Job Overview

Lucas Kennedy Group is seeking a highly skilled Workday HRIS Analyst to join our team in supporting the deployment and adoption of Workday.

This is a hybrid role where you will work on-site 1-2 days a week, supporting the rollout and integration of Workday with key business systems.

We are looking for someone with a strong understanding of Workday configuration within HR modules, including HCM, Absence, Reporting, Recruitment, Compensation & Time Tracking, Talent, Performance and Learning.

As a Workday HRIS Analyst, you will be responsible for:

  • Assessing requirements and performing impact assessments to design and build technical solutions that meet business needs
  • Supporting the HRIS Manager in key strategic projects and module deployments
  • Working with the HR Team to analyze, develop, implement, and support allocated HR projects and changes
  • Providing support for ad-hoc projects and ensuring Workday is fully integrated with key business systems

We are looking for someone who has experience working in a Workday support environment and can provide expert-level support to our clients.

This role requires a strong understanding of business processes and the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
