About the Role

We are seeking an experienced HRIS Implementation Specialist to join our team at Howden Group Holdings. As a key member of our HR function, you will play a critical role in supporting the delivery of our Workday Implementation Roadmap across the globe.

Key Responsibilities

  • Function as an expert for Workday administration, including HR transactions, business process configuration, and design.
  • Work with project teams to analyze, develop, implement, and support allocated HR projects and changes.
  • Support local teams in understanding and providing project requirements, including employee data and business organization structures.
  • Assist in the review, testing, implementation, training, and communication of Workday.
  • Ensure that Workday is fully integrated with key business systems.
  • Perform detailed manipulation of complex data.
  • Assess requirements and perform impact assessments to support the Change team in identifying impacts between the business as is and the to be in Workday.
  • Promote the best possible user experience in Workday through simplified and automated processes.
  • Support training and engagement to ensure our key stakeholders are fully utilizing Workday post go live.
  • Provide support for ad hoc projects as required.
  • Maintain a positive and solution-oriented approach to work, providing open and honest feedback.
  • In all internal and external contact, present a professional and positive image of the HR and the company, maintaining mutually constructive, positive, and beneficial relationships.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in a similar Workday deployment role, where you would have gained solid experience in Workday modules, including HCM, Absence, Reporting, Recruitment, Compensation, and Time Tracking.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills (employees, management, HR Leaders, and Heads Of).
  • Workday Certification or WorkdayPro certifications would be preferred.
