Mondrian Alpha Seeks HRIS Implementation Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled HRIS Implementation Specialist to join our rapidly expanding global HR team at Mondrian Alpha, a leading hedge fund. This is a business-critical hire that will play a key role in implementing a new HRIS system to improve internal functionality, platform speed, and overall HR operational infrastructure.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience as a HRIS consultant/implementation specialist/HR technology/HR Operational specialist at an asset manager of hedge fund and must have experience having previously led successful HRIS implementation and transitions.

Key responsibilities will include running point on the full transition lifecycle engagement with new potential providers, through to the implementation, integration, and onboarding all employees onto the new system. The hire will work closely with the talent acquisition and legal teams to develop policies and improve operational processes.

The successful candidate will have an excellent academic profile and be able to work in a highly autonomous, fast-paced environment. This is a competitive fixed salary + completion bonus opportunity with potential for conversion to a permanent role as a HRBP.

Key Requirements:
