Job Title: HRIS Workday Technical Specialist

Our client, a leading organization, is seeking an experienced HRIS Workday Technical Specialist to join their team in Central London. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in HRIS Workday and will be responsible for ensuring the integrity of the client's HR systems, including Workday, Cornerstone, HR Portal, and Avature.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Reviewing role assignments, creating user accounts, setting up delegations, and ensuring data accuracy.
  • Creating ad hoc reports, running reports, scheduling reports, and creating dashboards to support business decisions.
  • Reviewing integration failures, including hires, job requisitions, and other critical processes.
  • Data validation and data clean-up, including creating reports, analyzing data, and uploading data to ensure data integrity.
  • Creating and maintaining information systems documentation and training materials to support the team.
  • Testing new features and processes and supporting ad-hoc HR projects as needed.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience working with the Workday system and defining system processes.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with and manage various stakeholders in different time zones.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a Regional and Global HR team, meeting deadlines and demonstrating a can-do attitude.
  • Bonus points for knowledge of Workday Compensation or Benefits module or Cornerstone's Learning and Recruitment module.
