Workday HRIS Analyst

Lucas Kennedy Group is seeking a highly skilled Workday HRIS Analyst to join their support team in London. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for assessing requirements, performing impact assessments, designing and building technical solutions to fulfill business requirements and promote the best possible user experience in Workday.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the rollout and adoption of Workday
  • Work with the HR Team in the analysis, development, implementation and support of allocated HR projects & changes
  • Assess requirements and perform impact assessments to design and build technical solutions
  • Support the HRIS Manager in key strategic projects and module deployments

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of Workday configuration within any of the HR modules (HCM, Absence, Reporting, Recruitment, Compensation & Time Tracking, Talent, Performance and Learning)
  • Experience in a Workday support environment
  • Ability to work with the HR Team to analyze, develop, implement and support allocated HR projects & changes
