We are seeking a highly skilled Workday HRIS Analyst to join our team at Lucas Kennedy Group. As a key member of our support team, you will play a crucial role in assisting our client in their journey of deploying Workday.
Key Responsibilities:- Assess business requirements and perform impact assessments to design and build technical solutions in Workday.
- Support the HRIS Manager in key strategic projects and module deployments.
- Work with the HR Team to analyze, develop, implement, and support allocated HR projects and changes.
- Ensure seamless integration of Workday with key business systems.
- Strong understanding of Workday configuration within HR modules (HCM, Absence, Reporting, Recruitment, Compensation & Time Tracking, Talent, Performance, and Learning).
- Experience in a Workday support environment.
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment with 1-2 days on-site per week.
- Right to work in the UK (no sponsorship provided).
