About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled HRIS Business Analyst to join our team at JSS Transform. As an HRIS Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in driving our human resources solutions forward.

Key Responsibilities
  • Gather and Analyze Business Requirements: Work with our HR and IT teams to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for SAP SuccessFactors modules, ensuring alignment with our business objectives.
  • Configure and Optimize SuccessFactors Functionalities: Collaborate with our HR and IT teams to configure and optimize SuccessFactors functionalities, including Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Learning, and Recruitment modules.
  • Identify Opportunities for Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement, ensuring that SuccessFactors implementations support our strategic HR initiatives.
  • Conduct Gap Analysis and Risk Assessments: Conduct gap analysis, risk assessments, and create detailed reports for stakeholders.
  • Lead Workshops and Trainings: Lead workshops, trainings, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure smooth system implementation and adoption.
  • Work with Project Managers and Developers: Work closely with project managers and developers to translate business requirements into functional specifications.
  • Ensure Compliance with Data Security and Privacy Standards: Ensure compliance with data security and privacy standards.
Qualifications
  • Proven Experience as a Business Analyst: Proven experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Strong Understanding of HR Processes: Strong understanding of HR processes and experience with SuccessFactors modules (e.g., Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Learning, Recruitment).
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise between technical and non-technical teams.
  • Ability to Analyze Data: Ability to analyze data, create detailed documentation, and deliver actionable insights.
  • Strong Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, HR, IT, or Related Field: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR, IT, or related field preferred.
