About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic HRIS Business Analyst to join our team at JSS Transform. As a key member of our HRIS team, you will play a critical role in driving our human resources solutions forward.

Key Responsibilities
  • Gather and Analyze Business Requirements: Work closely with our HR and IT teams to identify and document business requirements for SAP SuccessFactors modules, ensuring alignment with our business objectives.
  • Configure and Optimize SuccessFactors Functionalities: Collaborate with our HR and IT teams to configure and optimize SuccessFactors functionalities, including Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Learning, and Recruitment modules.
  • Identify Opportunities for Process Improvement: Analyze our current processes and identify opportunities for improvement, ensuring that our SuccessFactors implementations support our strategic HR initiatives.
  • Conduct Gap Analysis and Risk Assessments: Conduct thorough gap analysis and risk assessments to ensure that our SuccessFactors implementations meet our business needs.
  • Lead Workshops and Trainings: Lead workshops, trainings, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure smooth system implementation and adoption.
  • Ensure Compliance with Data Security and Privacy Standards: Ensure that our SuccessFactors implementations comply with data security and privacy standards.
Qualifications
  • Proven Experience as a Business Analyst: We are looking for a Business Analyst with a proven track record of experience in SAP SuccessFactors, particularly in Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Learning, and Recruitment.
  • Ability to Analyze Data and Create Detailed Documentation: You should be able to analyze data, create detailed documentation, and deliver actionable insights.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, HR, IT, or Related Field: A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR, IT, or a related field is preferred.
