Job Overview

We are excited to announce an opportunity for a Logistics Planning Coordinator to join our dynamic team at Culina Group. This position is essential for maintaining efficient operations and ensuring seamless communication across departments.

In this role, you will be responsible for collecting and analyzing data related to vehicle performance, while keeping all relevant teams informed about daily operational challenges.

Salary: £23,320 per annum.

Working hours: 4 on 4 off, 6:30am-18:30pm.

Key Responsibilities of a Logistics Planning Coordinator:

Actively monitor vehicle movements and liaise with drivers to ensure timely collections. Keep internal teams updated on any delays in vehicle arrivals. Foster strong relationships with key clients by communicating updates on late vehicles and providing estimated times of arrival. Accurately document arrival and departure times for all collections and disseminate results as necessary. Perform administrative tasks and data entry to uphold compliance with WTD and tachograph regulations. Regularly refresh the WTD system to ensure data integrity and accuracy. Execute any other formal and legal responsibilities as required. Maintain comprehensive records.

Required Qualifications

Strong administrative capabilities with a keen eye for detail. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision. Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook (or equivalent). Previous experience in a similar capacity is advantageous but not mandatory. Familiarity with the FMCG sector is a plus.
