Salary: £27,000 + monthly performance bonus + £5,000 vehicle allowance

Are you a seasoned sales professional with a background in territory management seeking a new opportunity in the thriving private healthcare sector?
Our organization is a prominent provider of private eye care services, specializing in treatments such as cataract surgery, laser vision correction, and lens replacement. We are currently in search of a dynamic and results-driven Healthcare Sales Representative to enhance our outreach and foster relationships within the community, contributing to our goal of delivering exceptional care.
The ideal candidate will possess the skills to cultivate and sustain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the ophthalmic sector through scheduled meetings and site visits, effectively promoting our services, patient advantages, referral processes, and our state-of-the-art facilities. Key Responsibilities:
- Acting as the primary liaison for our main clientele, including local optometry practices.
- Building, nurturing, and maintaining relationships with both new and existing referral sources.
- Conducting thorough market analysis to identify potential growth opportunities within your territory.
- Strategically planning travel routes to optimize efficiency in your designated area.
- Participating in and promoting events, open houses, and presentations, as well as assisting in the coordination of conferences and exhibitions as needed.
Candidate Requirements:
- Proven experience in territory sales with a focus on relationship development.
- A successful track record in sales performance.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
- Highly organized with effective planning skills and adaptability to meet client needs.
- Experience in healthcare sales is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Possession of a full, clean UK driving license.
