Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Funds Senior Manager to join our team. As a key member of our senior management team, you will be responsible for leading a portfolio of clients and delivering exceptional client service. Your primary focus will be on managing client relationships, driving business growth, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences.
    • Identify opportunities to grow client business and develop strategies to achieve this goal.
  • Business Development
    • Contribute to the development of business growth strategies and plans.
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, both organic and inorganic.
  • Compliance and Risk Management
    • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
    • Identify and mitigate risks associated with client relationships and business activities.
  • Team Leadership
    • Lead and manage a team of professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
    • Develop and implement training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Experience
    • 7-10 years of experience in the alternative investment industry, preferably in private equity, real estate, or alternatives.
  • Skills
    • Strong technical skills, including awareness and understanding of various company, partnership, and AML legislation and regulations.
    • Excellent organizational, leadership, and staff development skills.
    • Ability to drive and execute change.
  • Education
    • Chartered Secretary or Chartered Governance Professional qualification.
  • Language
    • Fluent English is essential, with fluency in other European languages considered an asset.
