Office Administrator

The Nigel Wright Group is seeking an experienced Office Administrator to provide administrative support to the Operations Manager in our Barnsley office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to visitors and clients
- Process invoices and maintain accurate records
- Manage stock levels of office supplies and maintain a well-organized workspace
- Assist with shipping and receiving parcels
- Perform general administrative duties, including scanning, filing, and correspondence
Requirements:
- Previous administration experience, preferably in a manufacturing or similar environment
- Proficient in MS Office and able to learn new software quickly
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexible and proactive approach to assisting with various tasks
