Office Administrator Opportunity

The Nigel Wright Group is seeking an experienced Office Administrator to provide administrative support to the Operations Manager in our Barnsley office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to visitors and clients
  • Process invoices and maintain accurate records
  • Manage stock levels of office supplies and maintain a well-organized workspace
  • Assist with shipping and receiving parcels
  • Perform general administrative duties, including scanning, filing, and correspondence

Requirements:
  • Previous administration experience, preferably in a manufacturing or similar environment
  • Proficient in MS Office and able to learn new software quickly
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Flexible and proactive approach to assisting with various tasks
