About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Administrative Officer to join our team at South West Yorkshire Partnership NHS Trust. As an Administrative Officer, you will provide administrative support to our clinical teams, ensuring the smooth operation of our services.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to clinical teams, including managing diaries, formatting and typing documents, and taking minutes of meetings.
- Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases.
- Develop and maintain good working relationships with colleagues, service users, and external partners.
- Work flexibly to meet the needs of the service, including working in a busy environment with competing demands.
- Ensure confidentiality and maintain strict confidentiality in all aspects of the role.
