Job Description

Chase and Holland Recruitment Ltd is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join their team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Operations Manager and other team members.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with purchasing, creating GRNs, and tying up of invoices
  • Maintain the main reception area, answer the telephone, take messages, and greet guests
  • Work with the wider team to keep stock levels accurate
  • Ship parcels worldwide
  • Perform general administration tasks such as scanning, filing, and keeping spreadsheets up to date
  • Collaborate with the Operations Manager to assist with daily tasks
Requirements and Preferences:
  • Experience in a similar administrative role
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Good understanding of Microsoft software and general IT
  • Ability to work independently with supervision
