Business Operations Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Business Operations Coordinator to join our team at Service Care Solutions - Social Work.
The ideal candidate will have a confident and professional communication style, extensive knowledge of Office 365, and experience with minute taking, email management, and setting up meetings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Minute taking and record-keeping
- Effective email management and correspondence
- Coordinating meetings and managing attendees
- Requesting and distributing reports
- Updating spreadsheet trackers
Requirements:
We are looking for a skilled administrator with a strong background in Office 365, particularly Excel, and a comfort level with taking notes. Familiarity with GDPR and confidentiality is essential, as this role involves working with sensitive information.
