We are currently seeking a highly skilled Industrial Operations Coordinator to join our team at Masonite in the UK.

The role will involve working closely with the Purchasing department to ensure raw materials are available to support production planning, creating an efficient and achievable plan which allows production to run and achieve strategic business KPIs.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience of working in a production planning environment.
  • Self-starter, able to act on own initiative.
  • Tenacious and resilient.
  • Flexible, adaptable, and comfortable with ambiguity.
  • Strong IT skills – Word and Excel and the ability to easily adapt to new systems/ packages.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with people at all levels, internally and externally.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Minimum of 5 GCSE's (including Maths and English).
  • 3 years' or more experience in a similar role.
