About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced On-site Account Coordinator to join our team in Barnsley. As an On-site Account Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients and candidates. Your primary focus will be on ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process, from initial contact to placement.
Key Responsibilities:
* Checking in staff onsite
* Working as part of a team with a weekend on-call rota
* Reporting directly to the Account Manager
* Attending planning meetings and team briefs
* Updating CRM
* Registering and vetting candidates
* Inductions on site
* Booking filling and arranging extra staff and replacements
Person Specification:
* Flexible attitude
* Hard working/committed work ethic
* Quick learner
* Strong oral communication skills
* Full support from your team and very hands-on manager

* Hours of work 1.30pm till 10pm Monday to Friday
