On-site Account Liaison

About the Role:
TRCGroup is seeking a highly motivated and organized On-site Account Coordinator to join our team in Barnsley. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our clients' site-based recruitment processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Staff Onboarding: Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new staff members, including checking in staff onsite and conducting inductions.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Account Manager and other team members to achieve common goals and objectives.
• Candidate Management: Register and vet candidates, as well as book and arrange extra staff and replacements as needed.
• Reporting and Data Management: Update the CRM system and provide regular reports to the Account Manager.
Person Specification:
• Flexibility: Demonstrate a flexible attitude and be able to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
• Strong Communication Skills: Possess excellent oral communication skills and be able to effectively communicate with clients and colleagues.
• Quick Learning: Be a quick learner and able to pick up new skills and knowledge quickly.
Package and Benefits:
TRCGroup offers a competitive salary ranging from £24,000 to £26,000 (DOE) and an OTE of £30,000. In addition, we offer a range of benefits, including a fantastic bonus scheme, private medical insurance, group life assurance, and more.
