We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data and Compliance Officer to join our team at Total Training Provision. As a key member of our administrative staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our data, as well as providing exceptional customer service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Data Entry and Management: Accurately input relevant data onto our Management Information Systems (MIS) to meet contractual requirements and deadlines.
- Documentation Processing: Process learner documentation to meet contractual deadlines, ensuring timely and accurate processing of claims.
- Reporting and Analysis: Produce management reports from our MIS system on a weekly basis, providing necessary reports to other departments as required.
- Customer Service: Provide day-to-day feedback to our Administrative Services Manager on contract performance, as well as offer effective Information, Advice, and Guidance (IAG) services to external and internal clients.
- Compliance and Audit: Support with internal and external audit processes, ensuring that our training premises meet company requirements and that all visitors receive welcoming, professional attention.
- Experience with MIS Systems: Familiarity with PICs or similar MIS systems, with the ability to analyze and evaluate detailed information.
- Customer-Focused: Experience of working in a back-office function with a strong focus on customer service, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- IT Literacy: Proficiency in using IT systems, with the ability to work in a change environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Continuous Improvement: Commitment to continuous improvement, with a focus on personal and organizational development.
- Total Leave: 25 days annual leave, plus extra Christmas shopping day, birthday day, and 8 Bank Holidays.
