About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Administration Officer/Medical Secretary to join our team at South West Yorkshire Partnership NHS Trust. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our clinical teams, ensuring the smooth operation of our services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to clinical teams, including managing diaries, formatting and typing documents, and taking minutes of meetings.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure the effective delivery of services.
  • Develop and maintain good working relationships with colleagues, service users, and external partners.
  • Work flexibly to meet the needs of the service, including working in a fast-paced and busy environment.
Requirements
  • Recent secretarial or administrative experience, including copy or audio typing, note or minute taking, and using email and Microsoft applications.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and service users.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of organization and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of data protection and confidentiality, with the ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
