Office Administrator Opportunity

The Nigel Wright Group is seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join their team in Barnsley. This is a permanent, full-time role with a 34-hour week and a competitive salary of £24,000.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the Operations Manager, including answering phones, meeting visitors, and processing invoices.
  • Assist with shipping parcels, checking stock levels, and performing general administrative duties.
  • Develop and maintain filing systems, and provide excellent customer service.

Requirements:
  • Previous administration experience, preferably in a manufacturing or similar environment.
  • Computer literacy with working knowledge of MS Office.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with colleagues and customers.
  • Flexible and proactive approach to assisting with a variety of tasks.
