About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Officer to join our Neighbourhood Nursing team. As a key member of our administrative team, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to our clinical teams, ensuring the smooth operation of our services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to our clinical teams, including data entry, document preparation, and filing.
  • Manage electronic patient records, including SystmOne, and maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and events, ensuring timely and effective communication with stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain good working relationships with colleagues, service users, and external partners.
  • Work flexibly to meet the needs of the service, prioritizing tasks and managing competing demands.
Requirements
  • Recent secretarial/administrative experience, with a strong understanding of Microsoft Office software packages.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Flexibility to work in a busy environment, with a strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Knowledge of data protection and confidentiality policies, with a commitment to upholding these principles.
