About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our Learning and Development team as a Band 3 CPD Administrator. As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative and training support to our Blended and eLearning Lead and the Practice Placement Lead.

Main Responsibilities

  • Provide efficient and effective administrative support to the Learning and Development team, including managing training schedules, coordinating logistics, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Act as the first point of contact for staff in relation to eLearning and CPD training, responding to queries and requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with the Learning and Development team to develop and implement training programs, ensuring they meet the needs of our staff and service users.
  • Provide administrative support to the wider Learning and Development team as needed, including data entry, report generation, and other tasks.

Requirements

  • GCSE Grade C or above in English and Mathematics.
  • NVQ Level 3 in Business Administration or Customer Care related field, or an NVQ Level 2 with significant equivalent experience.
  • Significant administrative experience, preferably in a healthcare or education setting.
  • Experience of using Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Previous experience of working in a customer-focused environment.

Desirable Qualifications

  • Experience of using Learning Management Systems (LMS) or Moodle.
  • Knowledge of Electronic Staff Record (ESR) System.
