Senior CRO Manager Job Description

At RocketMill, we're seeking a highly skilled Senior CRO Manager to lead our Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) programme and drive business growth for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute CRO strategies that meet and exceed client expectations.
  • Lead and manage a team of CRO specialists to deliver high-quality work and achieve business objectives.
  • Collaborate with the UX team and clients to develop user-centred and innovative CRO solutions.
  • Provide effective line management and support for CRO specialists to achieve their personal development goals.
  • Deliver and present analysis and audits that employ a range of quantitative and qualitative methods.
  • Build strong relationships with clients to understand their business needs and develop tailored CRO solutions.
  • Implement processes and initiatives to ensure high-quality work and successful delivery of CRO client campaigns.
  • Research and develop thought leadership ideas to inspire and educate our client community.
  • Support RocketMill's Business Development and Client Leadership teams by creating business cases and proposals.
Requirements:
  • Significant experience working in a senior optimisation role with a comprehensive knowledge of the industry.
  • Advanced analytical, technical, and mathematical skills to identify and execute CRO opportunities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to articulate analysis and opportunities in ways that make sense to others.
  • Confident and articulate presentation skills to communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
